I am a beginner and I would like a little help.
I have a document size of A4 paper.
I created a grid with the following specifications:
unit of measure: mm
X-axis: 5 mm
Y-axis: 4 mm.
I went guide lines at an angle of 75.964 degrees.
How can I make a grid for the whole a4 sheet so that parallel lines to be at 75.964 degrees and the distance between them to be fixed 4 mm?

Shift+Ctrl+D, tab Grids, Axonometric grid, New - Voila!

Tried the axonometric grid and on my version it seems the x degree cannot be set below 0,8° and the numeric input field only lets 2 decimal accuracy.

Here is another solution, to create guide lines instead: draw paths from the right grid points, then select the paths and press Shift+G to convert them to guide lines.

^ How comes? Two decimals in angle degrees should suffice.

Angle X doesn't seem to affect the look below 0,8, and actually produces 1° instead of a horizontal line.


Why is two decimal accuracy is not enough?
Because the angled gridlines should fall on the base grid intersection points.
In angles that may be arct tg (5*4/5)=arc tg 4=75,96375653....°, but that with a 2 decimal accuracy cannot represent that match.
Like, if 75,94° is used, on the A4 height of 297 mm, the horizontal distance would be 74,381 mm (297/tg 75,94°),
while it should be 297/4=74,25 mm instead.
That 0,131 mm difference may not be a big thing, but it would definitely result in the gridlines not matching all together.

So as it seems, there are actual differences between the displayed accuracy of the input field and the actual stored information in the codes,
because you can make accurate guide lines by the Shift+G option.
Which while double clicked displays a 3 decimal rotation value, that if used to rotate a new guide line, it cannot reproduce the exact same result.

The same problem was presented here on the transformation panel.
