All the possible methods to choose the node below the other?

All the possible methods to choose the node below the other?

To select the node below I learned to use TAB key, but I wonder if there is a better way to do it? Something more easier for then you break the path and want to move the node below without moving the node above it?

Oh, I hadn't even thought of using Tab key!
What I usually do is click between the end node and the one next to it, to select them both, then use Shift + click on the node next to the one I need, leaving only the node on the bottom selected. But I think Tab (or Shift + Tab, depending on the direction of the path) is better :D

One of those obvious things I never think of by myself. I was not aware of reverse selection with shift-tab either.
