Filter Effects pane. . . How do i make box bigger?

i mean the box that has Effect/Connections heading (top, right)

How do i make the effect/connections box bigger?
i have 6 effects and have to scroll down thru them
But the real bad thing, i cant even see the 6
words on the columns on the right
I see the first 2 (i know they're supposed to say "source"
but i only see "So" and part of the 'U" that's it. . . .

there's no handles for me to grab, so i can make the box bigger

what gives?

Never Mind!! I got it to work. . . .

I changed my preferences to floating dialogs,
did a restart, and then i was able to
somehow click life into the box

Whilst the box is docked you can grab the bottom of the box and drag it to make it bigger also.
