Wacom Bamboo Pen

Postby emelisa » Mon Jun 08, 2009 9:14 am

I hope I am in the right forum I saw a topic on this
and thought Id post in this section
Does anyone use this?
I have recently bought this and have downloaded it onto the comp with Photoshop elements
Elements is up and running
So is the Bamboo writer
The problem is I am unable to get the pen to write on either Photoshop Elements or CS3
I am sure there has to be some setting to connect the writer and these other programs together
I have opened the Elements and opened a picture up
I hit the (T) writing button and I use the pen from the Bamboo plate and even though the pen is working with regards to moving
things I am unable to get the pen to paint or write

Does anyone have any ideas
I went to their site and didnt find much info

I have a Windows Xp
Thanks
Em

You would get better assistance from a Photoshop Elements forum, but the "T" tool is for typing, not for freehand writing. To write freehand you want to use the pen/pencil tool.
