Welcome to InkscapeForum!

I would use path offsets for that texture -- mostly inset, I guess, but it would depend on your drawing style. There's not any kind of filter or extension that would automatically do it. You'd just have to draw it.

Thank you very much!

I agree, I have to draw, it was not my intention to use an extension to make it, sorry for not knowing how to express myself.
Recently I've started with Inkscape, and not how I should do it because I have a style yet. But I will read more about path offsets as you say to try to find a way. :)

Thank you. :D

First, welcome!
Well, offhand I'm not sure what 'path offsets' means, so I need to look that up too, lol.
This can be easily created, basically, this style of drawing in plain language is layering various sizes and colors on top of each other.
Here's what I do: For example, lets start with making the 'bark' inside the tree. What you would do is make a circle, color it a very dark brown hue (remove the stroke), and change the circle to a path, then move the nodes around, this will be piece one in a piece of bark. Duplicate it, use the ctrl key and make the duplicate smaller, and change the color to a few shades lighter. Do this two to three more times, lighten the color as you go. Then make adjustments in the end, moving a few nodes, add blur, lower opacity, add a highlight, whatever makes it work. then group all the pieces together. Do this for each 'piece' of bark you make, being sure to change the shape of each piece.

Thank you,
"path offsets" is the tool to reduce or enlarge a journey, the Shortcut keys are CTRL + (to decrease and CTRL +) to enlarge if I remember correctly.
Had begun to do as you indicate and I quite well, thank you very much for your answer. :D :D
