Hi,
It looks like Inkscape could do similar, but it is unclear from the video what the desired result should be.
Grouped paths can be ungrouped.
All paths can be selected and placed in a layer.
What is the goal?

Have a nice day.
I'm using Inkscape 0.92.2 (5c3e80d, 2017-08-06), 64 bit win8.1
The Inkscape manual has lots of helpful info! http://tavmjong.free.fr/INKSCAPE/MANUAL/html/

Hi,
"Grouped paths can be ungrouped.

I believe that's the goal. I've never used either program before. Used Gimp once in a while.
Thanks, DZ
