How Can I make lines that look like it was madr with ballpoint?

To simulate a felt-marker, I used the tweak-tool:

Maybe try that after converting strokes to path?

Thanks! But how can I do that precisely? For Illustrator I saw a ballpoint brush. Isn't that for Inkscape?

This is not Illustrator... this is native SVG editing.

It all depends on what you are looking to do... the felt effect would be closer to ballpoint if there was no fade as the "speed" of the stroke increases.

The blobs/smears at the start and finish of ballpoint strokes seem characteristic to me. You might explore custom markers as a way to easily add those kind of features.

You can try the pattern along path live path effect, with a previously drawn shape for the paths, that you give somekind of gradient fills.
