Generic water drop

Postby fejack » Tue Nov 18, 2008 12:35 am

I've built a generic water drop playing with Alpha transparency. The drop can be cloned and put on any kind of background.
I intend to post a tutorial some time.

Very nice. What would be especially cool (although overkill) would be to include a lens filter to distort the underlying image also :)

Seems like the host site is down, because the image cannot be loaded.
EDIT: I can see it now. Truly impressive. :)

Lens filter? Where can I find it?

"Lens" filter was the incorrect term, but this is what I meant - http://tavmjong.free.fr/INKSCAPE/MANUAL ... acementMap

I see. Thanks. I tried to use it to turn a shape into a lens and distort other shapes and it never worked. I hope it will work in the next version.
