how to fill objects according to some data values inkscape

I have an SVG diagram (voronoi pattren). I want to fill different objects in the diagram with certain conditions, e.g if data< 10 fill red and if data > 20 fill blue.

If there a way in inkscape to implement that? If I need to use JavaScript how can i select all the objects and put the condition on all of them.
