I've always had a fantasy about a web app for Inkscape, which I would use to organize a sort of Inkscape University. But I have no skills to create such an app.
If there is some website which has Inkscape that you can use through your browser....well, I was thinking an ipad should be able to use it. But I guess I don't know that for a fact. You'd have to look into the site's documentation.
As far as I know, there is no Inkscape program for ipad type of tablets.
Edit
Just looked up Online App Box. Based on the attrocious grammar and poor site design, I would not use that site. Those are common earmarks for malware, in my experience. I would not recommend using it. Always On Pc at least doesn't look so sketchy, but I still would do my homework, before using it.
Both of those sites look like they allow you to run things on a tablet which you might not otherwise be able to use on a tablet. They do not have any online Inkscape program, that I could find.
