Is there any fast way to convert a perfect circle object in a rougher shape? I mean, being still a circle but with the stroke like done by a shaking hand or so...

Try the filters menu. Maybe Filters/abc/roughen.
Don't sure of the filter name , I'm using french translation

Draw circle. Convert to path. Extensions>Add Nodes. Extension>Jitter nodes.
