Hi guys,
I'm really struggling with this one. Been looking everywhere but can't find any answer. I can find thousands of threads about on people not managing to import eps-files. But no where can I find any hints on how to resolve my problem. Importing eps-files doesn't seem to be a issue. The issue is that the eps-files seems to be losing its layers when imported to Inkscape.
Is Inkscape a good idea to use when working with eps-files? Is it possible to keep the original layers when importing eps into Inkscape?
Thanks in advance for any pushes in the right direction...

Re: EPS layers lost on import
I am having the same exact problem. Looks like the .EPS is imported with just a few layers. The preview prior to opening shows all layers.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
