Help with vector export

Thanks in advance for the help!

I'm fairly new to working with vectored graphics (at least as deliverables)...but have been working with Inkscape for awhile...

I've got a banner that I need to deliver...i have been delivering vector graphics as EPS files, but my banner has some filters/effects, which don't seem to work with EPS.

Any help?

SVG filter effects, blurs and any transparencies have to be rasterized when exported to PS/EPS because these features are not supported by the PostScript file format.
