Hello!
I started this topic because I am curious as to what to get Inkscape. I downloaded this program because it is free and I've heard about him a lot of good reviews. Does it do work similar to that?:

And so on...
I'm going to work in Inkscape, but I do not know if it can do the graphic above. And I care about this.
Yours!

Hello there,
how much do you care?
As much as you expressed yourself,
or enough to browse inkscape's homepage,
or even enough to run the program and open the manual at the help section?
Inkscape is a vecor graphic program, mostly to create vector graphics.
The images you linked could be created with inkscape.
Good luck with the learning!
You may check the tutorials at the homepage.

Re: How does the program to...
hi, and welcome.
Inkscape is fabulous for logos! Definitely easy to use for your first 2 examples. the background on the 3rd might be the most difficult to re-create, but probably could be done.
I suggest going to YouTube and looking at the tutorials there. My personal fav is the series from LDD (Learn Digital Design), he goes in order that a newbie needs, Heathenex is also superb, there are many good ones there, as well as some tuts within the Inkscape manual. As with any program, there is a learning curve, just be patient and stick with it, I've used it for a couple yrs now and still learning! start small and work your way up. and most of all, have fun!
