How do I modify Masks and Clip paths without unmasking?

Is it possible to modify Masks and Clip paths without unmasking?

I know there are tricks such as cloning the paths that you will use for masking, but I'd really rather do something like right-click and select "edit mask" and go into a mask editing mode of some sort.

I'm not saying the developers need to do this, otherwise I'd learn to code... just wanted to make sure this wasn't possible before I continue unmasking to make changes.

Yes. I just tried with both 0.46 and a current development build - you can edit the clipping/masking path with the node tool :tool_node: :

First select the clipped/masked object, then click on the 'Node Tool' icon and you can manipulate the clipping/masking path with all commands available on the tool controls bar.

Did I misunderstand your question?
