When i try to run version 0.46pre4 on windows i get popup with information that libpng12.dll cannot be found.

Solution:
1. go to inkscape installation dir (probably c:\Program Files\Inkscape*
2. find file libpng13.dll
3. make a copy in inkscape dir
4. change copys name to libpng12.dll
5. enjoy inscape!

*I dont have that directory! I don't know where inkscape is installed!
- right click on inkscape run icon, choose properties, click "find target element"

Copying libpng13.dll to libpng12.dll worked ... well, at least it worked well enough to all the program to run. I'm going to try to do the "Launchpad" thing sas mentioned. Thanks.
