I want to make my own stencils for customizing t-shirts and i use a laser cutter to cut the stencils.
The laser cutter uses vectors as the only feedable data and the colour of the vectors has to be 255 red aka ff0000ff.
So my approach is as follow.
I load my bitmap/jpeg into photofiltre (because its very lightweight), make it a b/w (100%black and/or 100%white nothing in between).
Then i load it into inkscape and vectorize it (trace bitmap i think its called).
Then i delete the nonvectorized image i imported and check the vectorized image.
Then i end up with something like this:

Now how do i retrace / stroke all outlines with a thin line of 255 red aka ff0000ff so it would look like this if zoomed in?:

Right now i am stroke painting every object individually which is a real pain.
I hope u understand what i mean and can help me.
Help is much appreciated.
Thank you in advance!
