I saved my work before restarting my computer, re-open my file, it shows "Failed to load the requested file"
I really love that Image I did, it was an 8 hours work

Welcome aboard!

Unfortunately, bad news. All the file contains is nul characters, no data can be recovered from that. There are a couple of similar topics, general suggestion is looking up ways for automated backup saving, like here.

Don't forget to set up autosave in Inkscape Preferences this time, like Lazur suggested

Probably you didn't wait long enough for the save to complete. For 8 hours work, it probably was a fairly large file. So probably it needed more than just a second or 2 to save.
