I need som help importing .eps files in Inkscape.
I've installed the 64 bit version of Inscape 0.48.4 r (from http://www.partha.com) on my new computer at work. I downloaded the 64bit GhostScript 9.14 and installed it and manually added ";C:\Program Files\gs\gs9.14\bin;C:\Program Files\gs\gs9.14" to my PATH environment variable, but I'm still unable to import EPS files in Inkscape. When I try to open an .eps file I get an error: "Failed to load the requested file ..".
When I use ps2pdf.bat from the command prompt it does succesfully convert the eps file to pdf. I did notice when I open batch files from GhostScript in Notepad the content is all in one line. Could there be a problem with Unix CR-LF characters in the GhostScript batch files?
Any help is apppreciated.
