hi all
i've converted a freehand (fh9) file to svg using illustrator. the problem is that text is converted as objects, not as letters. is there a way in inkscape to convert it again into text frames?
thanx in advance

convert object to text
Re: convert object to text
No. Once text has been converted to an object it can't be changed back.
If you still have the original file, and the text is editable in Illustrator, check when you save it as SVG that the Fonts type is set to SVG. If the text isn't editeable in Illustrator in the first place then you are probably out of luck since if Illustrator doesn't understand it's text then it won't when converting it to SVG either.
