I find that DXF export can join separate paths into one e.g. see the attached case of two quadrilaterals merged into a single 9-point polyline.
This on V0.48.4
Anyone know a workaround suitable for a document containing tens of thousands of paths? Thanks.

Re: Avoiding DXF export joining paths
Hi
These are quite old, I don't know if this will help you or not, at least worth a look.

From looking at your SVG files it seems that you are creating some extremely small objects.
Can it be that you are "banging your head into" number accuracy problems?
Would it be worth working on the object sized one or more attitudes larger?
Good Luck.
