Hello, I am really new to using Inkscape and any sort of graphic design/ vector art program. So this question may seem a little basic, for my sake I hope it is. So i designed a logo in ikscape a very basic one with a gradient and I wanted to get some printed samples of t-shirts made up. But the screen print house only uses .eps files which is fine. So i downloaded a copy of AI trial version to see what it would look like. When i opened it up in AI it was all rough, jaggy and pixelated and looked nothing like my original image (as far as being smooth).
Can someone please help me.
Andrew

Is your gradient 100% opaque ?
Eps does not support alpha.

Welcome aboard!
Those parts may had some filters applied, lik(e blurring.
Such parts automatically get changed by a raster image copy, as eps cannot handle transparency at all.
Try to remove any filters used, or give a high resolution value (600+ dpi) to the rasterisation at the save as eps panel.
