Hi,
This is my first post.
I am using inkscape v.45.
I created a rectangle and filled it with a pattern fill (a small line rotated 45 deg. and created a pattern).
Actually it is a bar graph.
I saved the file in pdf format.
When I opened the pdf file I created it showed the empty rectangles (no pattern fill was shown).
What is wrong ?

Its a known bug, and still hasn't been fixed in 0.46

Exporting patterns and gradients doesn't work for PDF / EMF
