Sticky grid

Postby loro11 » Mon Aug 05, 2013 7:38 am

Hello everyone,

I love and use inkscape for long time allready, but I change OS back to Windows now and if I choose girld view and move object corners do not stick on it any more.
Its really important feature for me, so if anyone know how to make that work, please help me.

Best regards

Welcome aboard!

You can set up the grid and snapping options to it at the document's properties panel (Shift+Ctrl+D).
To adjust snapping more, you can enable the snapping of corners and cusp nodes, snapping to grid on the snapping toolbar.
Also, you can change the bounding box from visual to geometrical in the inkscape preferences panel, at the tool settings (Shift+Ctrl+P).

Good luck!
