Break Line Within Word Automatically

Postby horlickswim » Wed Feb 16, 2011 5:26 am

Hello,

I have a map outline that I've filled with a large amount of copied-and-pasted text. It works well for the most part, but I'd like the text to go to the end of the line, then wrap the end of the word to the next line. I'm having a hard time articulating this, so I've included a simplified version of what I'm looking for. I've tried searching for this, maybe I just don't know what to call it or how to describe the situation. Is there a way to get text to break mid-word and continue on the next line? Thanks for your help!

The only suggestion I have is to remove all spaces from your text and then manually kern the spaces between words back in.
Your mind is what you think it is.

Thanks druban. I actually ended up going quite a different route. I created a white circle as my background, then placed my countries on top of the circle. I then differenced the circle and countries, and placed my text behind the circle. Anywhere a country was placed on the circle, the text shows through. It doesn't show all my text, but it works great for my application.
