After you create a gradient or a linear or radiale.Come you can lock the Gradation on the object to move?

Yes you can. Make sure this setting is on and the gradient will move with the object,

Do you mean the on-canvas gradient controls when you have

selected? That can't be hidden, sorry.-

if you have to work on the nodes. If the node is located close to the gradient is a nuisance.
That's why I asked if it was possible to eliminate the gradient line

There is an option called Enable Gradient editing in almost every tool's preferences, try to disable it for Node tool, is this what you're looking for?
