Inkscape Recognised Fonts.

When run on Windows XPSP3, does Inkscape recognise all the Windows TrueTypeFonts,
located as ttf files in C:\Windows\Fonts\
?

I think it should. Problems usually happen with free fonts that aren't structured properly. Are there some fonts that don't come up for you in Inkscape? Can you use them in other applications?
