Newbie question....I apologize if this is a stupid question. I created my first image but when I printed it, it came out as a jumbled mess. Most of the components were there but in a random kaleidoscope like placement. Did I create it wrong or am I trying to print it wrong? Any suggestion would be helpful.
Thank you in advance.
Print is not what I created!
Re: Print is not what I created!
I'm not a pro here... but I'm willing to offer a possible solution...
I'd suggest exporting the .svg file to a .png and printing that. You'll likely have a very nice and very accurate print job.
I've never really printed directly from Inkscape because I view this software as the creation platform.
By exporting the work, you'll be able to choose important issues like size and d.p.i., something that isn't part of Inkscape's printing options.
