Re: Outlines
It looks like you might have used Stroke to Path, when you probably should have left it as a Stroke (although I don't have any experience with cutters, so please don't take any offense). I don't think it's possible to reverse this, although I could be wrong. Well, not in a single click anyway. You could manipulate the nodes. But I managed to fix it in the following way.
1 -- Ungroup
2 -- Path menu > Break apart (this will make your image appear to be solid black, but read on
)
3 -- Object menu > Fill and Stroke > Fill tab > click the X button to remove the Fill. (It's important not to lose your selection at this point, but if you do, just Edit menu > Select all.)
4 -- Object menu > Fill and Stroke > Stroke tab > click the solid light blue square, which replaces the strokes.
5 -- Now you can see the inside and outside paths that were created when you did Stroke to Path. And since we have already separated them (using break apart), now you can easily:
6 -- Select the unneeded paths and delete them.
7 -- Replace the black Fill.
There may well be an easier way to do this, but that's what I came up with. Hope it helps
