HI
I have a svg file composted by several segments.
I would like to select the segments by creating a rectangular area to delete the segments.

Up to know I was able to select one e than delate.
but would be great to have a sort of area section.
Any ideas if it is possible?

Using the Selection tool ( ) you can simply click and drag. As you do that, you'll see a rectangle on the canvas. As soon as you release the mouse, the rectangle will disappear, and any objects that were entirely within that rectangle will be selected, as indicated by the bounding box (dotted line) around each object, as well as by the Selection tool handles (arrows).

Also, if you have a problem with objects in the background being moved when you drag a rectangle using then try holding SHIFT when you start the drag.
