I'm using Inkscape 0.91 on Windows for a long time (from dev to stable release) and I have a question: when this shit will be fixed :evil:

Who is (m***n) responsible for the graphical interface of the program?

The icons have been added to the devel version already - this is a known bug.

Inkscape 0.92 will be released when it's ready. There may also be a bugfix release before that, Inkscape 0.91.1 (which will also be released when the developers find the time to do so).
