Export bitmap - maintain dpi
I am exporting a bitmap of a selection. I reduce the width and height but then it also reduces the dpi. I want to maintain the 300 dpi. How do I do this?

Hello:
When you do a selection, there must be a padlock symbol that appears in the top horizontal bar . Just click on it. Or while holding the mouse when scaling, press CTRL, which preserves the ratio of scaling, if you try to move the mouse diagonally.
