Postby cartun123 » Tue Jan 06, 2015 11:38 am

I'm a new user of this fantastic program, but I'm having trouble to make the outline on my drawings darker. I specifically want the outlines of my drawings to look like coloring book fonts. Please help Soooonnn !!

Hi.

Set a thicker stroke and a full 100% object opacity, stroke colour with no alpha value.

Thank you for your help, would you or anybody also know how to cut pieces out of an image?

Depends on what you call an image and what you would consider a cutout.

If you want to crop parts of a raster image, use a raster editor.
If you want to use parts of a raster image but preserve all of it, you can use clipping and masking.

You can draw either with the pen, pencil or calligraphy tool.

The object made will be a path.
To edit it, you can use the node tool.
Or draw another shape over it and use boolean operations -like subtract.
Or, you can use the rubber tool.
