My "Objects" menu is way too short (narrow) and my "Fill and Stroke" menu is way too tall. I am trying to drag the top/bottom edges of these menus so I can resize them vertically but nothing is working. I have checked online and searched a couple of times on this forum but have not found answers. Can somebody please explain how to do this and post it on the FAQ? Thank you so much

Sometimes, it's necessary to close a couple of docked dialogs to be able to change the size. It's a known issue with the dock. You can also drag the dialogs out of the dock to make them float (i.e. be a separate little dialog window).
