Text ARC/warp tool?

Text ARC/warp tool?

Is there a text arc or warping tool like there is in illustrator and coreldraw? Every time i search for inscape text arc, it searches and brings me back results for arch instead of arc. See attached image for what im looking for. I would like all the text warping tools if possible.

The closest thing is either the Envelope Deformation or the Lattice Deformation live path effects. They do not work on text objects thou, so you'll have to convert the text to paths first.
