Can some of you have a look at the attached SVG please?
If I recall correctly, I drew this with 0.47. The original PNG is still there (blue). I just manually traced the outline with Pen tool
, and filled it black. Now I've just opened it with 0.48, and want to use the Paint Bucket tool
to fill in the flowers. But 6 times in a row, with the first click of the paint bucket, Inkscape crashes. First I'm presented with the 'Runtime requested termination in unusual way' (paraphrasing) error, then 'Inkscape encountered internal error, will close now' message. Then the adorable Windows 7 dialog 'Inkscape stopped working' (ya' think?!?) with options to 'search for solution online' or 'close' (duh!). Sorry for drama Software:
Inkscape 0.47 created image, crash working with 0.48 (last stable release)
Windows 7, 64-bit
Details:
After opening, I zoom to 1000%, pick up paint bucket tool, click, crash.
Interestingly, if I try to use the paint bucket without zooming, it doesn't crash. Instead, I get the message that the area is too small. I'm guessing that because the area is too small, the paint bucket click doesn't register? And therefore doesn't crash?
Anyway, you know me, more details than you could ever desire, lol!
So I'm thinking there's probably something wrong with this file, as opposed to being a bug with the paint bucket tool. Because surely such a bug would already be known, and Launchpad has nothing like this reported. I just have no idea what to look for in the file
Thanks for your help
