i just created a text logo for my website. Here is the problem: Since the font-style that i use is italic and the size of the image is small(212-23px) its borders looks crispy. Now my quesiton, is there a way to get rid of this crispy look.
See it with your eyes: http://ellcbeth.com (i am talking about "ELLCBETH" writing at top left)
note. if i use a non-italic text everything is fine.
text looks crispy when it gets too small
text looks crispy when it gets too small

I don't understand what "crispy" means, in this case, either. In case you are seeing something that we don't see, could you make a screenshot for us?
Attached is what I see.
(One of the benefits of using Inkscape (or vector graphics in general) is how crisp and clean the lines and edges can be....in case that's what you mean. But Inkscape has blur filters, ranging from simple to quite complex. Or else gradients can sometimes give a blur or feathering effect.)

I /think/ it could be the antialiasing that the user means. So, the slightly 'blurry' borders of the letters. I'd use an SVG directly on the web page, tbh.
