Strange paths I cannot see
Hey, I'm having a little problem here. I have designed my logo (attached) but it has these strange gray paths in behind it? They are completely invisible in inkscape but show up in my .png file, any ideas?

First I would try Menu: View>Display Mode>Outline and see if they are there.
Failing that, perhaps upload an SVG file example.

Wow.
It is a 1000000/1000000 px sized path with a 1 px stroke that produces rendering issue onscreen in the current stabile release.
Can be deleted -select it by outline display mode, zoomed out, or by id search: "path3086".
Though in the name of your tagline I would suggest to clean up -or rework- the rest as well.

Pre-build did not like that at all. Deleted the big object using the xml editor and thereafter the rest was visible in outline mode. Cleaned the document and un-flowed the text, changed to crappy font found on most machines. Removed a pile of scribbles in the upper left. Placed all objects into an inkscape layer from root. Now good enough place to restart.
