Stroke Start/End Markers Black-only?

Postby linebender » Thu Sep 01, 2011 5:51 am

I assume the answer is "yes," as I've tried a couple ways to make lines with arrows, dots, etc. on the ends.

Black is the only color they will be.

No, you can change it with an extension - see the Inkscape FAQ «How do I change the color of markers (e.g. arrow ends)?»

Note: the development builds include an updated version of the extension with more features than the one shipping with stable 0.48. There is no additional documentation available other than what is in the comments of the feature request and here.

Note II: downside for Mac users - the python-based extensions don't work in available Inkscape packages on OS X Lion out-of-the-box (known issue).
