hi, im new here...i just made something in inkscape and now i need to work with it in other programs but can't because they can't open file from inkscape, so im wondering if there's way to make JPEG file of that inkscapes one...?! any help would be appriciated...

For reasons which I'm sorry that I can't explain (because I don't understand myself) Inkscape SVGs can't be converted to JPGs, from Inkscape. But if you use File menu > Export Bitmap, this places a PNG version of your image in the location you choose. I don't know what program you want to use, but most raster graphics programs (JPG is a raster format) can convert the PNG to JPG. Since I don't know your purposes, I don't know this either, but it could be that PNG would be sufficient, without the need to convert to JPG?

If that won't work, please feel free to share your goals, and we might be able to suggest other options
