Is there an option in inscape to paste into object or path,for example if I draw circle and open a large picture and want to paste the large picture into the circle so it will be into the circle ,how can I make it?

It´s working differently in Inkscape; you have to draw the circle above the image, select both and go ->Objects->Clipping Path->Set
