Extensions not working in v0.92. Error message generated is

The fantastic lxml wrapper for libxml2 is required by inkex.py and therefore this extension.Please download and install the latest version from http://cheeseshop.python.org/pypi/lxml/, or install it through your package manager by a command like: sudo apt-get install python-lxml

Technical details:
DLL load failed: %1 is not a valid Win32 application.

Have searched and searched and cannot find a solution that addresses this.

Using Windows 8.1 64 Bit.

Uninstall Inkscape completely. Reinstall it. This should fix the problem.
(Explanation: You have updated from a previous Inkscape version. Updating messes up Inkscape's python installation on Windows due to a bug. A full uninstall removes it, an install creates it again.)

Thank You, I did that and initially it did not work, I then did a FULL Install and now the situation is fixed
