Once i switch tools (such as from Shapes to Selector ), the numbric values of objects can not display in the Tool Controls Bar any more.

Has anybody met the same problem ever and know how get it resolved?

I've not seen that issue, but when specific features vanish like that, I suspect display-adapter settings.

Likely a known upstram bug in GTK+: certain system language settings on Windows can trigger a bug in the Windows backend of the GTK+ toolkit:
