I think this might be a stupid question but how do I set the same height and/or width for some selected objects? I guess there has to be a menu entry or icon for that.
I couldn´t find it in the align and distribute dialog, not in the help, not in the web, and not in the forum (mainly because I get too many results for "same height").

There are boxes on the toolbar where you can set width and height using numbers (when Selector tool is active).
To set the same width and height to other objects just copy the object that has the width and height you like, select an object and go to Edit > Paste size, repeat for each object.

Oh, so there is no automatic function to set it to the values of the first/last selected item?
