I can't find Inkscape in my programns and features.

I am 100% I uninstalled it and deleted every file in my c disk are there any more places I can find inkscape I checked appdata couldn't find anything.

I'm not clear what you want to do or what the problem is.

If you uninstalled Inkscape, of course it no longer appears in Programs and Features. Programs and Features shows you every program that's installed on your system, and provides a way to uninstall or change the installation options. So it makes sense that if you uninstalled it, it's not showing anymore.

I can't say any more until I understand what you want to do, and what the problem is.
