How Do import files to a Word Document on a Mac?

How do I get images I make in Inkscape into a Word Document? I searched this forum, and it seemed to indicate that I could save files as .emf, but I don't have that option. Thanks.

Also, the captcha you use for this forum is incredibly difficult to use. It makes this board virtually unusable.

what version of inky are you using. For word I will assume 2008 since you are on a mac.

I'm using Inkscape 0.46 and Mac Office 2004. However, I have access to Office 2008, if that's important.
