Creating a tool similar to CustomInk.com

I want to build a tool similar to www.customink.com/lab and I'm looking for a developer. Can anyone recommend a person/company that can do this? Thanks.

You can get it from http://no-refresh.com/, They are very talented to make similar or better tool than CustomInk. Give it a try.
