Converting Image to Vector for sign

So how do i convert an image to vector.

It looses pixilation when I put it on the platter program to print. or is there a site that can do this

Use Path > Trace bitmap, there are many options you can try so you'll have to play a bit to get the right combination.

There is also an excellent bitmap to vector convertor, although its not free anymore http://vectormagic.com/
just hand over the chocolate and nobody gets hurt

neither worked, not at best at least.

You're not going to find anything that will automatically convert that image flawlessly to vector--commercial or otherwise--especially if you want it to look better than the original. It'll require a human eye--manual labor. If your willing pay you'll be looking to pay someone for about 5 hours work... if they're experienced.
