[solved] How to split path object into rects?

Postby Nike987 » Wed Oct 19, 2016 1:16 am

I have a file *.svg, its include the path object only: <svg:path id="rect4170">

I have drawn each rects separatly in Inkscape 0.91. But now I see only one path :o .
I'd like to split this object into rects.

My questions are:
1) Is there a way to do 'the split operation' automaticaly?
2) What is my error? How did I obtain 'the grouped rects' in one path?

File: http://www.mediafire.com/file/l866gerabh92cle/plan_7_1.svg
Thanks.

Maybe you selected them all and pressed CTRL + K to combine them, or CTRL + U to union them.
To break the path apart, do Path -> Break apart. They won't be rectangle objects, though, but normal paths.

Moini, thanks for the answer. I have tried the combination Shift + Ctrl + K, its work.
