Inkscape should support unicode indic font
I want to use unicode Indic language ( Bengali, Hindi, Tamil,Urdu etc...) in Inkscape. At present we can't typed unicode Indic language although we can typed unicode Indic language in "Notepad" or any other software.

Which version are you using? I am attaching a sample created with Inkscape 0.47 + Ubuntu 9.10. It works fine.

I use Inkscape 0.47 + Windows XP + Avro for Bengali Typing. But I can't type bengali directly Inkscape 0.47. I see your screen shot. Thats fine. Are you type those word directly in Inkscape? Or just copy paste from other document? I type Bengali in notepad with avro. But when I try to typing in Inkscape with avro it's shows nothing. এমন কি আমি এখানে অভ্র দিয়ে বাংলা টাইপ করছি, কিন্তু Inkscape -এ করতে পারছি না।
